Lovely caravan, very clean and homely. Literally has everything you need (plus extras). Extras from the host was lovely and they were very helpful. Going to miss the morning visits from the Goose. Thank you for having us. We will be back.
So happy we were able to have another stay in this lovely caravan. We have had lots of breaks here over the last few years and we never want to leave. We love the location and its always so clean and comfortable and very welcoming. We hope to be back soon. Thank you.
Thank you very much. It has been a brilliant week. Absolutely lovely caravan in a great area. Really peaceful, nice waking up to the ducks and my girls loved feeding them and quacking back to them. Had everything we could possibly want. Best caravan we have ever stayed in.
We had a lovely stay in a nice caravan, perfect spot across from the lake. Lovely clean plus it was like home from home in the caravan. It was chilly and wet but still nice to be away. We can’t wait to return.

Had amazing weather for October, this is our third stay this year (last count for previous years!) Jess looks after us well, always appreciate the lovely hamper, we love staying here and Luca loves his beach walks and hates it when it’s time to go home. Looking forward to next year 2026!

Visited Filey, the food and drink festival was on, very busy, lovely unspoilt holiday town. Walked along the beach, stunning location and Freddie‘s favourite place. Smashing caravan, perfect setting, loved watching the geese and swans - they had a little fight on the first night, big Swan chased baby geese under the caravan opposite, two big geese chased it off. Second visit, would love to return again, or own it myself! Thank you x
A perfect relaxing stay. The caravan is clean and comfortable. Peaceful and lovely lake views. Communication with Jess and Dave was clear and easy thank you. Welcome tray was a really nice touch. We will certainly be returning, regards Steve and Lesley.
